GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Information

Our property is not a hotel, but a private residence consisting of five guest rooms, as well as our own living quarters.
We kindly ask all guests to respect a few simple rules so that everyone can fully enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Reservations

You may request a reservation via our contact form, by email, by phone, or directly online.
We speak both French and English.

Prices

Our rates vary depending on the season, the type of accommodation, and the number of guests.
All prices are listed in euros (€).

Breakfast is included in the price and is served by the pool, or in the shared kitchen in case of bad weather.

A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required 15 days prior to arrival.
Please note that without receipt of this deposit within the specified timeframe, the reservation is not confirmed and we reserve the right to re-rent the room(s).

Cancellation by the Guest

• 50% of the total amount is due 15 days before arrival
• The remaining balance is charged 5 days before arrival

You may cancel free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival.
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 5 days before arrival, the deposit remains due.
If cancellation occurs between 5 days before arrival and the start of your stay, the full amount paid will not be refunded.
In case of early departure during the stay, the total amount of the stay remains due.

Cancellation Insurance

Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. We strongly recommend taking out personal cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the Owner

If, before the start of the stay, the owner is obliged to cancel the reservation, the guest will be informed immediately by email.
All amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

Check-in Time

Guest check-in is between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, please inform us as early as possible so we can make arrangements.

Check-out Time

Check-out is no later than 11:00 am.

Pets

Only dogs are accepted, one per family, and only in the Cinema Suite, subject to prior approval by the owner.
This suite includes a private, enclosed garden.

Lifestyle & Use of the Property

To ensure peace and comfort for all guests, a certain “art de vivre” is expected.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations and shared areas.
Visits from friends or family members are not allowed.

Guests agree to return rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report—and assume financial responsibility for—any damage they may cause.

The shared kitchen must be left perfectly clean after use.

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for minors on the property at all times.

Mas La Provence cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident involving people or personal belongings on the property, regardless of the cause.

Room Cleaning

Daily housekeeping is provided upon the guest’s request and is included in the room rate.
For longer stays:
• Towels are changed every 4 days
• Bed linen is changed weekly

Cleaning is carried out using steam to eliminate dirt and bacteria.

Cyclists Welcome (Accueil Vélo)

We are certified Accueil Vélo, which includes access to basic repair tools, a sheltered storage area, and—upon request—a picnic basket.

Electric Vehicles

We do not have an electric charging station.
Charging vehicles via the rooms is not permitted, as our solar energy capacity does not allow it.

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
